Hubli, or Hubballi, is a city in the south Indian state of Karnataka. Nrupatunga Betta hill offers sunset and city views. Dedicated to Lord Shiva, the centuries-old Chandramouleshwara Temple has black granite pillars and ornate carvings. Gardens surround Unkal Lake, which features a statue of monk Swami Vivekananda in its centre. South of the city, Utsav Rock Garden is home to sculptures depicting local folk culture.
